One round brilliant moissanite per ear, held in a four-prong basket that sits open at the sides so light gets under the stone. The prongs are rounded and curve just over the girdle, low enough that nothing crowds the face. Face-up it reads bright white with plenty of fire. The post threads and screws into a grooved back, so it locks rather than pushes on.
