Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes We ship via multiple carriers depending on your location and order. Estimated delivery timeframes at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $7.99.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. If you have any issues tracking your order contact us at hello@superiorsilver.com.
RETURNS
Our Policy We stand behind every piece we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
How to Start a Return Returns are simple. Email us at hello@superiorsilver.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. In those cases we'll cover the return shipping in full and make it right immediately.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@superiorsilver.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll sort it out fast — no hoops, no hassle.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, altered, or are not in original packaging cannot be returned. All sale items are final sale.
