The face is flat, laid out as concentric rings of pavé: a tight cluster at the centre, then a ring around it, then a wider outer ring, each separated by a fine bead line. A polished rim runs the whole way round and squares the edge off against all that texture. Seen from the side it is a low puck rather than a dome, with the outer stones sitting proud of the rim and an openwork gallery underneath. Push-back posts.
