The face is a full 12mm round packed with graduated stones, larger through the middle and stepping down toward the edge, then finished with a fine outer row so the outline stays clean. What makes it read differently from a plain cluster is the side wall: it is channel set with baguettes all the way round, so the stud shows a second band of light from any angle other than straight on. Deep and heavy for a stud. The post threads and screws into a grooved back.
